We had found a large sum of money, and set our sights on finding the lawful owner. Sometimes it can take a loooong search to find someone!
This one search took us all along the Eastern seaboard of Australia - up and down, and back up again - it’s no wonder there was all of this money laying unclaimed in the government coffers!
Its like being a detective.
Following little trails here there and everywhere, in a bid to find the rightful owner.
Picture, if you will, a jigsaw puzzle.
All the information we find are the pieces of the puzzle.
We need to join all the pieces together properly, or the puzzle won’t get completed. The owner won’t get found.
It makes us so very happy when we reunite money with its owner!
